🚩 Key Red Flags in This Listing

🔴 This is not true.
Intuit (QuickBooks) does NOT sell lifetime licenses.
They only sell software with annual subscription updates (since 2013, they’ve phased out perpetual licenses).
This “lifetime license” is not from Intuit — it’s from a third-party reseller (like the one selling on Amazon/Walmart).
💡 What’s really happening?
This is a one-time purchase of the software, but without any official Intuit support or subscription.
You can install and use it, but you will not be able to update it after a certain point — and Intuit won’t help you if it breaks.
⚠️ Bottom line: You’re buying a copy of QuickBooks Desktop 2024, but not a “lifetime license” — just a one-time software purchase with no guaranteed updates or support.

❌ 2. “No Subscription Needed” — But That’s Only Half True
