When I get this operational I will put together a build manual with high rez images. If you want more details or better images just ask. In this build process I am making changes to help in quicker builds. I am building separate components for spares and for mods. I am approaching this build as individual modules that can be removed and replaced quickly

Printing problems today
The printer head clogged. the machine ran for a few minutes , I heard the feeder popping, when the filiment stops moving it makes a noise, if the print head is to close to the base plate it does it also.
I removed the head but plastic had melted and backed up inside the head, needed to use a drill bit to clean it out.
testing now, replaced the head , leveled the bed, hope for the best
This is the first print. Pretty sharp .
#Tip. I am using cura and there is a cura plug-in for adjusting the z height, you can do this when you slice the item
