We are starting a 3d printer build for a newly designed High temp system

When I get this operational I will put together a build manual with high rez images. If you want more details or better images just ask. In this build process I am making changes to help in quicker builds. I am building separate components for spares and for mods.  I am approaching this build as individual modules that can be removed and replaced quickly

Today I start identifying the parts and start looking for materials. No China Build is the strategy

After drilling through the x-y carriage can be modular  and replaced with a servicable unit, this is our strategy, to have modular components, built and setup for quick R&R when issues arise

Starting to assemble the extruder. Looks kinda rough, will probably reprint some of the parts

3d printers are running daily and parts coming off look alot better.

thr price for a solid copper block was 40 bucks so i bought 2 copper heads from ebay for 10 and will try to setup 2 heaters this way. Looking through my old computer heatsinks for material to build 1 unit out of the 2 blocks

it is an assembly. Smooth. total bitch to install the bearing retainer cap. way to many screws and inserts.
