Resizing Images

#### Steps
1. Open image in IrfanView.
2. Go to menu and select Image -> Resize/Resample.
3. Set dimensions to 640 x 480 (or desired resolution).
4. Save the resized image.

Changing Default Image Viewer

#### Steps
1. Right-click Start button and select Settings.
2. Go to Apps -> Default apps.
3. Click on the app for photo viewer and select IrfanView.

#### Notes
- This change allows IrfanView to open images by default instead of Windows Photo Viewer.
