Overview

When purchasing a clone Duet WiFi, it comes preloaded with either version 1 or 2 of the operating system. Upgrading to at least version 3.3 is necessary but can be a stressful process. The user has had success with many configurations using Duet WiFi but encountered issues with version 3.4, causing significant problems with a new build.

Instructions for Upgrading

Users of RepRapFirmware 2.x cannot directly upgrade to the latest release due to the size of the binaries for the Duet 2 series being too large for the Duet 2 IAP programs. Therefore, an upgrade to RepRapFirmware 3.0 is required first.
